Causes of scratch on the surface of stranded wire and core:
1. The nozzle on the distributor is worn;
2. Single line jump out of pulley;
3. The thread shall be ground through with wood pipe or plastic pipe;
4. The locating pin on the wire pushing board of traction equipment is damaged;
5. There is foreign matter in the die.

Resolvent:
1. Replace the threading nozzle on the distributing tray and the wood pipe and plastic pipe for threading;
2. Check whether the direction of the wire core is normal to ensure that the wire core does not wear directly with the equipment;
3. Check whether the die is in good condition at any time, and pay attention to the operation method.
